JUDGMENT
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the F.C.O.P.No.4/2019 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Namakkal and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.
2.
Earlier, this Court seeing some elements of compromise, referred the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. But the Mediation Report has been filed stating that no agreement was reached between the parties.
3.
Today when the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is present. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.
4.
However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has given ''No Objection'' for allowing the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. 5.
Recording the same and also considering the fact that since the petitioner wife is having 5 years old daughter, it is
indeed difficult for her to travel from Chennai to Namakal, which is more than 200 kms., the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
Accordingly, the F.C.O.P.No.4/2019 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Namakkal is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
