This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint dated 29.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.259 of 2015 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
