ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent by producing the copy of the

B.RAJENDRAN,J., vj2 proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.1115/2014/Aa1 dated 02.06.2015 would submit that as per the direction of this Court dated 03.04.2014 in W.P.No.9615 of 2014, the respondent has considered the representation submitted by the petitioner and passed a final order rejecting the request for grant of patta as he has not produced the relevant documents.

2. Since the petitioner has not appeared in person or through his counsel before this Court, the respondent is directed to send a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 02.06.2015 directly to the petitioner. Inasmuch as the final order itself has been passed rejecting the request made by the petitioner for the grant of patta, it is open to him to challenge the same, if he is so advised.

3. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent, recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
