(CRIME NO.326 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition para 3(c) into to report before the Panchapalli Police station, Dharmapuri District instead of report before Sankari police station, Salem district in Crl.O.P.No.3305 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022 by this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3305 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Panchapalli Police Station, Dharmapuri District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and further two weeks time is extended to comply with the said conditions. -sd/- 06/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
