This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to report before the Inspector of Police, Kadaladi Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. And 5.30 p.m. Until further orders in Crl.OP.No.28721 of 2023 its order dated 05.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, to that effect, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of 10 days and thereafter, report before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
