Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted for the execution of bail bond and sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai in Crl M.P.No.1821 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.821 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUBBURAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.821 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.
