ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the act of violation of order of this Hon'ble Court order dated 23.01.2023 in C.R.P.No.127 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor handed over the key of the subject premises to the petitioner, who appeared in person before this Court. The petitioner acknowledged the receipt of the building key handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Thus, no further consideration is required and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
