2. Originally while filing the suit, the leave has been granted to sue the suit schedule property by order of this Court dated 05.12.2019. Now, this application has been filed to grant leave to sue the respondent/defendant in the above suit.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the suit has been originally filed for recovery of money based on the loan transaction. The entire loan transaction is said to have been taken place in Chennai. Though the major part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed since the respondent is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
