2.The suit is for recovery of money and it is dismissed for default on 30.01.2017. This Court went through the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the affidavit.

3.This application is allowed on condition that in the eventuality of the plaintiff succeeding in the suit, it may not be appropriate granting interest for the period from 30.01.2017 to till date.
