C.M.P.Nos.12240, 12244 and 12247 of 2019 are filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the review petitions as against the order dated 12.9.2018 passed in CRP.Nos.3087, 3086 and 3088 of 2012.

W.M.P.No.17400 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the review petition as against the order dated 12.9.2018 passed in W.P.No.22495 of 2012.

For the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and in the interest of justice, we condone the said delay.

Registry is directed to number the review applications and post the same in the usual course.
