Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.29187 of 2019 dated 04/11/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29187 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019.

2. This court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29187 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
