Crl.M.P.Nos.6530, 6531 and 6533 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.653 of 2011 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Crl.M.P.No.6530 of 2022 is filed for abatement of charges due to the death of Appavu Gnanaraj/petitioner/Accused No.39.

2. Crl.M.P.No.6531 of 2022 is filed for abatement of charges due to death of P.Shanmugam/petitioner/Accused No.31.

3. Crl.M.P.No.6533 of 2022 is filed for abatement of charges due to death of P.Madhesan/petitioner/Accused No.84.

4. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners in the above 3 petitions died. He has also produced the Death Certificates.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the CBI cases also verified the death certificates produced by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the appeal is dismissed as abated in respect of A39, A31 and A84. 30.06.2022 nvi Note: The Registry is directed to carry out necessary 1/3
