Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an order of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and issue separate patta after subdivision of petitioners lands and make correct entries in the patta as well revenue records of the petitioner's land in S.No.183/1C1A, situated at Nangavalli Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District based on the petitioner's application dated 29.10.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and issue separate patta after sub-division of petitioners lands and make correct entries in the patta as well revenue records of the petitioner's land in S.No.183/1C1A, situated at Nangavalli Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District based on the petitioner's application dated 29.10.2020.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 24.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 24.05.2021.
