ORDER

The writ petition is filed for forbearing the respondents 4 to 12 from approving the appointments of Correspondents of various schools of Ambur Synod, Tirupattur, by the Executive Committee of Ambur Synod, IELC Society, by initiating appropriate action on the complaint made by the petitioners on 11.12.2025 regarding the appointment of Correspondents of various schools run by the Ambur Synod in IELC Society in violation of the Constitution and bylaws of IELC Society as amended in 2022.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, it can be seen that between the members of the society there are disputes as to the election and already the matter is pending before this Court in C.S.No.308 of 2025. Now the said inter se disputes cannot be escalated to the education authorities. The education authorities have to recognise the Correspondent for the benefit of the students who are studying in the schools. The problem between the members of the society and their inter se interests and counter interests is none of the concern for the education authorities. As far as their inter se claim is concerned, when the suit is pending, it will be very well open for them to file such interim application in the pending suit and if at all any interim order is passed by the civil Court, the same will be strictly abided by the authorities.

3. Therefore, giving such liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 20-02-2026 1/2 NSL
