O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents herein to take appropriate legal action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 05.07.2017 and also on CSR No. 496/2018 dated 22.04.2018 by taking necessary action against the third and eighth respondents for their unlawful activities against the petitioner's house property bearing Old No. 70, New No. 25, 1st Street, Gokulam Colony, Karanaipuduchery Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
