Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to issue no-objection certificate for controlled blasting to demolish the building existing at SIV Industries, Sirumugai, Coimbatore District by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 21.03.2015 and consequently direct him to pass suitable orders on the same within an appropriate time.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that in a Court Auction he purchased the property belonging to Viscose Limited Company at Sirumugai, Coimbatore District and he wants to demolish the old dilapidated building by using explosives in a controlled manner and on earlier occasion, the second respondent viz., the District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore has granted such permission vide his order dated 11.11.2011. Therefore, he submitted an application dated 21.03.2015, to the first respondent praying for no objection certificate for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

controlled blasting to demolish the said building and since, he has not been favoured with any response, he has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2015, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
