The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"The petitioner was arrested in another case, so I permit to withdraw the petition."

2. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition with correct details.
