This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the fair and decreetal order dated 23.02.2023 passed in E.A.No.8 of 2023 in E.A.No.2 of 2021 in E.P. No. 539 of 2018 passed by the learned XI Small Causes Court, Chennai in the above C.R.P.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the Revision Petitioner seems to be justifiable one, this petition is allowed.
