I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.5151 of 2022 and the delay of 886 days is condoned and C.M.P.No.5151 of 2022 is accordingly ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.5151 of 2022, C.M.P.Nos.5153 & 5156 of 2022 are also ordered.

2. Office is directed to carry out the amendment and list the C.R.P. for arguments on 06.07.2023.
