Alleging that the respondent does not comply with the order of this court dated 18.12.2014 made in Crl.O.P.No.32742 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. Today, it is brought to the notice of the court that the order was complied with by filing a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur and on the said final report, the learned Judicial Magistrate has issued a notice to the petitioner to appear before him on 18.11.2015.
4. In view of the same, there is nothing survives for adjudication in the matter and hence the petition is dismissed.
