Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the tenants, viz., C.Lane who is occupying the ground floor (rear portion) and joll Bannerji who is occupying the first floor of the property, viz., No.38, Taylor's Estate, Second St., Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024 to hand over vacant possession of the respective portion in their occupation to the Advocate Commissioner Mr.P.B.Balaji.

This Application coming on this day before this Hon'ble Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:
