This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27166 of 2023 to report before the II Additional NDPS Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the II Additional NDPS Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of trial.
