This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.1087 of 2024 on 30.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of the Dean, Government General Hospital, Chengalpattu for treatment of needy patients.

4. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
