C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters are taken up for hearing, Ms. S. Banumathi, (Ms. No. 3292 of 2023) learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions submits that the relief sought for in these petitions has become infructuous thereby the cause does not survive any more to continue these writ petitions. The said submission is recorded. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent is present. Since the relief sought for in these petitions has already been completed, these writ petitions have become infructuous. 2.Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
