Reference may be made to the order dated 15.07.2016 wherein this Court after elaborately hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader (H.R.&C.E.) and came to the conclusion that there is no contempt. Even thereafter the petitioner sought for time. Therefore, the matter has been adjourned and even on the last occasion there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today (02.09.2016), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the contempt petition stands dismissed. No costs.
