O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31115 of 2012.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The order dated 13.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31115 of 2012 would read as under:

"6. Without going into the merits of the issue involved in this writ petition, it is open to the writ petitioner and the second respondent to put forth all the points available to them, including the points raised in the writ petition, quoting paragraph 10 of the counter, which is extracted supra, to the authorities concerned, who shall hear the matter and pass appropriate orders, preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation from the petitioner. Since the copy of the representation dated 29.09.2005 is available in the typed set of papers, a copy of the same may be forwarded by the learned Government Advocate to the authorities concerned on issuing notice to the writ petitioner and the second respondent, after complying with the principles of natural justice, a detailed order may be passed by the first respondent. It is open to both the parties to raise additional grounds, if required, and also file their written submissions.

7. The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs."

It is seen that pursuant to the above order of this Court, the first respondent has passed an order dated 28.01.2015 as could be seen from the typed set of papers, and the same has been served on the petitioner. The petitioner has also admitted that enquiry has been conducted as per the order of this Court and only after hearing him, the 1st respondent has passed the said order.

5. In view of the same, no further order is necessaryin this matter and the Contempt Petition stands closed.However, if

the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the 1st respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same before this Court.
