A.No.4501 of 2016 in T.O.S.No.9 of 2005 PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit him to file a reply statement in the above Testamentary Original Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/ plaintiff as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. As the plaintiff has filed an application to receive additional documents, which are title deeds, he wants to file the reply statement with respect to the same. The learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objection in receiving the same.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff and also going through the averments made in the affidavit, this application is allowed, permitting the applicant/plaintiff to file reply statement in the above said suit.

4. Post the matter before the Additional learned Master-I on 20.10.2016.
