ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2023 and forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e. cross massage in the name and style of "Dolphine Ayurvedic Body Massage Centre," at No.1103/98B, Ground Floor, Koothapadi Village, Hokenakal, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2023 is not received by the respondents. If a fresh representation is given by the petitioner,

appropriate orders will be passed.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation. On such submission of a fresh representation, the respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders, in the manner know to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
