This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner to enter her marital home at Door No.19/20, Railway Border Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024.

2. Heard Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.6 of 2024 and closed on 15.02.2024 by the second respondent. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders can be passed in this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the civil Court.
