Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner submitted to the respondent dated 15.03.2015 and to pass orders appointing the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any one of the post. Heard both sides. By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner's father was employed as Office Assistant in the Government Higher Secondary School, Pazhampettai, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and he died in harness on 26.02.2002 while he was in service. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made so many representations seeking compassionate appointment and no order is passed providing compassionate appointment. The last of such representation is dated 15.03.2015, sent to the third respondent and the acknowledgement is also enclosed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2015 relating to compassionate appointment, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
