This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Mohan Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the second respondent. The first respondent is set ex parte.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
