ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) On the ground that in spite of a status quo order passed by the Appellate Tribunal against the eviction notice dated 03.02.2025, the respondent have been pursuing the conviction proceedings, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Challenging the subsequent notice dated 03.02.2025, when the Writ petition was listed before us on 06.03.2025, Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent had submitted that the Enforcement Directorate is taking efforts to withdraw the eviction order.

Accordingly, the matter was adjourned.

3. Today, the learned Special Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the withdrawal of notice of eviction order dated 27.02.2025.

4. In view of the above developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed.
