This petition is filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondents and the names and addresses having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 69 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 69 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
