2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner/accused had already been arrested on 20.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.
