O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29401 of 2017 dated 17.11.2017 has not been complied with.

2. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court with a direction to the first and second respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner

dated 01.12.2017 and 04.12.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any.

3. In this contempt petition, this Court ordered statutory notice to the respondents on 04.09.2018. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for their appearance. The first and second respondents are personally present before this Court today.

4. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in the above writ petition has been complied with by the proceedings of the second respondent dated 24.09.2018 and 01.10.2018. He has also produced copies of those orders. If the petitioner is having any further grievance against the order passed by the second respondent, it is open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

5. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
