ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 22.12.2020 for the offence under Sections 394 r/w 397 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.143 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused attacked the defacto complainant and took away cell phone and cash of Rs.2,500/-. The petitioner is arrayed as the second accused in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and would further submit that there are sixteen previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are sixteen previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
