2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/7th defendant and learned counsel for the second respondent. Learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection for extension of time.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is allowed and time is extended by two weeks for carrying out amendment.
