O R D E R

(Made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) It is the case of the petitioner that in Cuddalore area, auctions are being held inviting offers for maintenance of modern toilets, as also a two-wheeler stand for the public. It is the case of the petitioner that the successful auctioneers do not display the charges in front of the modern toilets or the stand for two-wheelers and they extract exorbitant charges from the people.

2.Mr.Manoharan, appearing on behalf of the respondents, points out that fixed charges have now been notified and have been displayed at the two-wheeler stand and also in front of the toilets. Photographs have also been submitted to this Court, apart from a letter dated 28.07.2017. Let a copy of the order dated 28.07.2017 and copies of the photographs handed up in Court be taken on record.

3.The writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of.
