O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to permit the writ petitioner to continue in service as B.T.Assistant (Mathematics) in the 4th respondent School.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent/School made a submission that the writ petitioner earlier filed a writ petition in WP.No.1387 of 2014 which was allowed by this Court on 13.06.2014, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner.
3. However, a Review Application is filed against the said order and the said Review Application is pending for an adjudication. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent states that the writ petitioner is still continuing in service. This being the fact, all grounds raised in the present writ petition shall be raised by the writ petitioner as well as by the respondents in the pending Review Application.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
