ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for declaration to declare that the petitioner's non selection to any one of the post included in combined sub-ordinate services examination-1, 2009-2011 conducted by the respondent is null and void and consequently directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner to a suitable post within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with and the petitioner was appointed in a suitable post.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
