By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that one Rangasamy Naidu is the original owner of the ancestral property at S.No.339/2 measuring an extent of 5.89 acres in Pattalam Village, Singanullur, Coimbatore District and his legal representatives are Kuttiammal, Balakrishnan, Duraisamy, Rajendran, Pathmavathi, Devaki and Jayanthi. The petitioner is the wife of Balakrishnan and he died on 26.06.1987 and the petitioner is not having any issue and the respondents 2 to 6 taking advantage of the same, is trying to sell the property and in fact sold some of the properties.

The petitioner therefore, submitted a detailed representation / complaint dated 19.03.2015 under Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 read with Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) to the first respondent and since, she has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been favoured with any response, she has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.Manickam learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2015, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice the respondents 2 to 6 and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 6. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
