27.03.2018 affixed by the 5th respondent under Rule 52(8)(g) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Rules, 1988 on the file of the 5th respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner to conduct the proper election for post of Board of Directors of DRL (N) 8 Co-operative Primary Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, Chinna Salem, Villupuram. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4 would submit that in response to the direction given by this Court on 05.04.2018, election has been cancelled by order dated 06.04.2018 in Na.Ka.No.1412/2018/T.nj.1 (14). 2.In view of cancellation of election to the Co-operative Society, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps. are closed.
