Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Letter No.6476/A1/ 2017-3, dated 16.02.2018 and quash the same as illegal and incompetent

and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to consider and take on account atleast 50% of the entire service rendered by the petitioner as Masaljee cum Night Watchman from 23.10.1982 to 28.02.2015 for the purpose of monthly pension and pensionary benefits to be added along with the petitioner's regular service from 11.11.2008 till the date of the petitioner's superannuation for the purpose of pension and other benefits. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and thus, no further adjudication is required and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
