Cont.Pet.No.1035 of 2021 rejected the request of the petitioner to issue him with a free patta for house site and in particular he brought to the notice of the Court that the Writ petitioner / Contempt petitioner was formerly worked as a typist in the Public Works Department and he has superannuated from his services and also receiving pension. He added that as per the relevant Rules, he will not be eligible for grant of free patta for house site.

2. The said statement is recorded. If the petitioner is aggrieved in any way, he is free to challenge it in a separate proceedings. 3.The Contempt is closed accordingly.
