ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The relief as prayed for cannot be granted.

2. Petitioners may approach the temple authorities and also the local Collector and police, for permission. Those authorities will take a decision considering the ground reality.

3. Petition is disposed of.

4. We clarify that we have not made any observation whether such a permission shall be granted. It is left to the discretion of the concerned authorities.

5.There shall be no order as to costs. WMP No.8881 of 2025 filed by petitioners to permit them to file a single writ petition is allowed and disposed of.
