ORDER

The above contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order and direction passed in Crl.OP.No.4371/2014 dated 09.06.2014.

2.Mrs.M.F.Shabana, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court, an enquiry was conducted and FIR was registered

in Cr.No.99/2014 for the alleged offences under sections 416, 418, 465 and 420 IPC.

3.In the light of the same, the contempt petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his rights if he has got any other further grievance.
