Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to permit him to run a bunk shop at the third respondent-Hospital, by considering his representation dated 18.06.2018.

3. The petitioner claims to be a differently abled person with 100% disability. He seeks permission to run bunk shop in the third respondent-Hospital.
4. It is stated that the petitioner's application made before the Honorable Chief Minister's Cell, which was replied on 05.11.2012 stating that the order will be passed subject to the necessity of the said bunk shop. The petitioner further claims that three persons by names Sabarish, Vignesh and Akbar Ali were granted permission to run their respective bunk shops by the third respondent on 15.02.2018, 23.05.2018 and 29.06.2018 respectively. However, it is contended by the petitioner that the third respondent has not considered the his request at all.
5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
