ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the Respondents to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2021 issued against the explanation issued by the 2nd Respondent to the objection raised by the Petitioner against the Demand Notice issued by the 3rd Respondent dated 29.07.2021.
2. The newly impleaded 4th Respondent objects to the Writ Petition on the ground that there is an interse dispute between the Petitioner and the 4th Respondent. He would submit that there are parallel proceedings before the Civil Court in respect of partition.
3. It appears that the Petitioner and the 4th Respondent are siblings. The Petitioner appears to have given a representation dated 10.12.2021 to the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation in respect of Flat No.F1.
4. It appears that the 4th Respondent is in possession of Flat Nos.G1, Page No. 2 of 4
G2 and S1. Prima facie, the 4th Respondent cannot have any objection to the request of the Petitioner for considering aforesaid representation of the Petitioner.
5. Be that as it may, the 2nd Respondent shall consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, before passing such order, the 4th Respondent shall also be heard.
6. Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. No cost.
