O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that Departmental Proceedings have been issued in R.C.No.6290/A2/2015 dated 11.08.2016. It is also submitted that the amount has already been disbursed to the petitioner. The contemnor, who is also present before this Court, has also reiterated the same.

3.After passing this order, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain benefits which the petitioner is entitled to in law such as employment benefit, have not been given to the petitioner. This Court is afraid that if that is the case, the petitioner will have to work out her remedy by way of separate proceedings, as the same would not form part of the contempt proceedings. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her remedy in so far as non-compliance of the scheme with reference to the provision for employment, is concerned.
