2015 in No.RB/CIR/CSIS/15 for the Educational Loan borrowed by the petitioner.

O R D E R
Lok Adalat-II has passed order dated 10.04.2018 to following effect:- " The petitioner name and the respondent name are incorrectly mentioned in the cause list. However, the 3rd respondent State Bank of India representative Mr.S.Srinivasan, Deputy Manager, Micro Finance Branch, Tiruvannamalai is present. The 3rd respondent counsel K.Sankaran is also present. They also filed a memo stating that they are not necessary parties to the proceedings as they sold the outstanding loan to ARC-Reliance on 30.09.2015. Since the name of the petitioner is wrongly printed, Registry is directed to list the case tomorrow with correct cause titled. The memo of the 3rd respondent State Bank of India, Thiruvannamalai shall form part of the record. State of India presence is dispensed with.
